Cardboard packaging sucks!
The cardboard packaging was damaged beyond repair by the post office that delivered it upon arrival. The box containing the product inside the cardboard was also severely damaged, and I was filled with anxiety until I checked the operation of the actual product. I was relieved that the product worked, but in the future, I would like you to be more careful when shipping, such as putting cushioning material in the cardboard box that contains the product.
